Are your wigs 100% human hair?

Yes. All of our wigs are made with 100% human hair and can be washed, dyed, straightened, curled, and restyled with proper care

What does “density” mean (180% vs 200%)?

Density means how full/thick the wig looks.
• 180% = natural full look
• 200% = extra full / glam lo

What’s the difference between HD lace and regular lace?

• Regular lace = durable, blends well
• HD lace = thinner lace that melts more easily for a “scalp look” (more invisible)

Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused wigs that are:
• not worn
• not installed
• not cut
• not dyed/bleached
• lace not altered (no plucking, no bleaching)
